You will not find any designer pieces here - most of stuff here is second hand or bargains from Ebay.ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.comBlogger25125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-14135033005847181252013-09-21T14:26:00.001+09:302013-09-23T09:31:42.571+09:30Charlotte is here! Charlotte bra and high waist knickers by Parfait by Affinitas reviewOh la la...I can't believe it but I've got it and it makes me feel like a million dollars!<br />
Padded bras are not my favourite, but after seeing it for the first time months, months ago it got into my head and I was hoping that one day I will have a chance to try it. Luckily, Parfait by Affinitas made this bra available up to cup K, so there was nothing stopping me now. Charlotte is pure class and sexiness:<br />

<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">My choice was Peach/Black version (bra is also available in Red/Black and Dusky Rose/Black) in size 32HH. After consulting with Laura from LargeCupLingerie and few helpful bloggers on Twitter (hallo:)) I've decided to go cup up from my regular Panache size. Current measurements: 73cm under the bust, 107cm in the bust.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">Straps are also, very wide but it doesn't look bad and adds to the comfort. I do have a small quad boob on left side but on the right side there is some room in the cup. Going up or down in the cup wouldn't make much difference. I rather have one cup a little bit too small then one way too big. Wires are perfect for wide root of my breasts:</span></div>

<span style="font-size: small;">Erica from Sophisticated Pair in her review: <a href="http://sophisticatedpair.com/blog/?p=10378" style="text-align: center;">http://sophisticatedpair.com/blog/?p=10378</a> was saying that bra's cups are quite shallow and she couldn't fit into bottom of the cups. It's not a problem if breasts have wide root. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">Even if I'm not a fan of padded bras (my biggest dislikes are Freya Deco and CHP style from Ewa Michalak), I have to admit, I like Charlotte. It doesn't make my bosom bigger , shape is nice and round and cleavage is decent too but not "cakes on the plate", which I don't like. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">Bra has only one problem, mentioned by other bloggers : it's very high under the arm. I don't know , if it will cause poking, I hope not. The fabrics which bra is made of, are very soft and silky to touch so it not hurts me in the armpit, yet.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">I can't wear my favourite Tuba tops with Charlotte:</span></div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">Now, this particular bra can't go without matching panties. Really! I love high waist knickers and Charlotte comes with them (or you can choose other version, just regular, so called "bikini briefs").</span> </div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">I got an advice that this bottoms are rather small comparing to Panache/Freya's so instead of choosing size M, I went for L. It still kind of smallish, I wouldn't mind getting size XL. Current waist measurement is 82cm, hips are 102cm but I've got lots of lovely chubbiness in this area:</span></div>

<span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: small;">I've got a bad news: I was going to wear Charlotte yesterday. It would be the first time going out wearing this spunky set. After 10 minutes I had to take the bra off - it's too high under the arm, it's not comfortable and cups are too small. Sorry Charlotte, we aren't made for each other...</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;">If I had millions in my bank account, bra would definitely stay but it won't. I will keep the briefs, just to remember how lovely Charlotte was.</span></div>

<br />
Pour Moi? is British lingerie and swimwear company, based in Macclesfield, on the market since 2005.<br />
<br />
They aren't so big like Panache or Curvy Kate and brand isn't very popular among +GG bloggers. I think the main reason is that Pour Moi? have only one style available in +GG cups and it's St Tropez Full Cup Bra:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XMTS0Vgpo_E/Uh11dG0xnAI/AAAAAAAAAeI/udIdzjkZ3cY/s1600/7702Latte.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XMTS0Vgpo_E/Uh11dG0xnAI/AAAAAAAAAeI/udIdzjkZ3cY/s320/7702Latte.jpg" width="213" /></a></div>
<br />
It's their best seller bra and at the moment is available in few colours: Latte, Marine, Salmon, Black and White. In bands 32/34/36/38 cups go up to J. There is no 28 band and the biggest band available is 44.<br />
<br />
After reading very positive reviews on Balkonetka (Polish bra fitting forum) I wanted to try it too. I really love the look of it ( it's kind of old fashion or maybe just traditional?) and it's supposed to be great bra for +GG.<br />
My current measurements are 73/104 cm (29/44 inches). Bust is wide and full on the top.<br />
<br />
<br />
Now, I don't use +0 inches method so my choice of band was usual 32 (reviews were saying that bands run tight too). My best bra at the moment is Panache Jasmine ( love it) in 32h so I choose 32h here as well.<br />
My bra is Latte version:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pHh1z3N9JZw/Uh2aSu9Ij_I/AAAAAAAAAeY/MU-fG8YoUOc/s1600/2013-08-28+11.58.51.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="253" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pHh1z3N9JZw/Uh2aSu9Ij_I/AAAAAAAAAeY/MU-fG8YoUOc/s320/2013-08-28+11.58.51.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Band wasn't tight enough on loosest set of hooks (3 rows), middle was perfect. Band is made of nice and sturdy fabric. Straps aren't wide. The embroidery is really stunning:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kqoBB3HncTU/Uh2ckejMxLI/AAAAAAAAAek/MXEhJXwtnP8/s1600/2013-08-28+11.57.40.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="235" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kqoBB3HncTU/Uh2ckejMxLI/AAAAAAAAAek/MXEhJXwtnP8/s320/2013-08-28+11.57.40.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Unfortunately 32h is too big in the cups at the moment, cups are wrinkling at the top. Wires are spot on:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TzddfusFTbQ/Uh3fME4e_ZI/AAAAAAAAAfM/Axio4MT4Am8/s1600/2013-08-28+11.59.40.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TzddfusFTbQ/Uh3fME4e_ZI/AAAAAAAAAfM/Axio4MT4Am8/s320/2013-08-28+11.59.40.jpg" width="306" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4XrwG-Ys1i8/Uh2dQh0lShI/AAAAAAAAAes/jjY2N2TaG1s/s1600/2013-08-28+11.59.01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="298" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4XrwG-Ys1i8/Uh2dQh0lShI/AAAAAAAAAes/jjY2N2TaG1s/s320/2013-08-28+11.59.01.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
If not a little bit too narrow? I'm sure I wouldn't be comfortable in 32gg because of wires and the cups may cut in the top of breasts, bra is more suitable for narrow, full on the bottom boobs.<br />
Still, for a full cup, shape is quite nice:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--eRFGcYR5Cc/Uh2eDnNXXqI/AAAAAAAAAe0/SRpYCSfMq4U/s1600/2013-08-28+11.59.23.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="309" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--eRFGcYR5Cc/Uh2eDnNXXqI/AAAAAAAAAe0/SRpYCSfMq4U/s320/2013-08-28+11.59.23.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
You can't see the wrinkling under the clothes:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PFctKXVvtBU/Uh2eaZvOo1I/AAAAAAAAAe8/_YpwJnRzmyw/s1600/2013-08-28+11.56.38.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PFctKXVvtBU/Uh2eaZvOo1I/AAAAAAAAAe8/_YpwJnRzmyw/s320/2013-08-28+11.56.38.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
It's not "cakes on the plate" look but I find it satisfying and I've got some tops/dresses which look better when my boobs have more natural look, aren't up to my chin.<br />
<br />
I assume it will be good PMS bra and it's my first beige bra in ages, so I will keep it (and I got if brand new on E-Bay for $15).<br />
<br />
I do recommend it if you need narrow wires and like the look of traditional lingerie.<br />
<br />
There it's St Tropez Full Cup ( balconette and padded plunge in smaller cup sizes are available too) in different colours:<br />
<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
I'm very proud to join a new campaign, created by June from Braless in Brasil, it's called #DiversityINLingerie <a href="http://www.bralessinbrasil.com/2013/08/diversityinlingerie.html">http://www.bralessinbrasil.com/2013/08/diversityinlingerie.html</a><br />
<br />
Lingerie is for every woman: black, white, old, young, disabled, fit, obese, skinny, overweight etc. So, why most of lingerie companies using only young, slim and mostly white models?<br />
<br />
I'm middle age, white woman, size 12 UK, I've got a lot of stretch marks and after having 3 children I've got a kangaroo pouch and I look like this:<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: right;">

In a perfect world, lingerie companies should follow Ewa Michalak. In my opinion she is the only one who uses a diversity. Her models are all different sizes and there isn't Photoshop in use. When I want to buy a bra in my size I can see how it will look like on a person with bigger boobs. If I need matching knickers I will do the same. It's easy to show underwear on slim young girls but how much better it is to show it on few types?<br />
<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7VzgRfiHu18/UhSxoIO2dvI/AAAAAAAAAdU/hsT8JdPxM4w/s1600/eng_pl_S-Satine-420_6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7VzgRfiHu18/UhSxoIO2dvI/AAAAAAAAAdU/hsT8JdPxM4w/s320/eng_pl_S-Satine-420_6.jpg" width="240" /></a></td></tr>

From my personal view - when I see models in similar size to mine it just makes me feel better. I am not the only one who's figure isn't perfect. I admire June for posting her latest photo, this women is beautiful and has guts too. As you can see on my photos, I'm far behind, my stomach is a giant NO GO LAND and I don't want to show it to anybody. Will we ever see photos of post pregnancy bodies as something natural? I do hope so, but if you look all over Internet, it's full on nasty comments about it. And the saddest part of it - those comments are coming from other woman.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
How you can join the campaign? June explains it in her post:<br />
<br />
<i>From now on, if you want to join me take a picture of yourself (can be with or without your face, in lingerie or clothes- whatever you feel comfortable with!) and somehow fit in the hashtag #DiversityInLingerie. You're welcome to either post it on twitter with the hashtag or email me and I'll put it up in a post on my blog. Starting today (August 21st) other bloggers will becoming out with their own posts and pictures so check back to this post for the links! I'll post them as they come out. I'd encourage women of ALL walks of life and appearance to join in. By participating you can show the lingerie industry that, yes, you'd buy lingerie from a diverse group of models, not just the ones currently shown. I want to be clear that this is nothing against the body types currently shown and I don't want to get into a "real women" debate. We're all real women. I just want a bigger pool of models so that ALL women can see someone like them and say "hey, she looks like me and that bra looks awesome on her, it could look awesome on me too!". </i><br />

Pros:<br />
Amazingly beautiful flowery pattern.<br />
Great quality.<br />
Boob friendly (I'm 32gg and there was still room left).<br />
<br />
<br />
Cons:<br />
Too big.<br />
100% Rayon (Dry Clean Only), not good if the nearest Dry Cleaner is over 30km away.<br />
I just don't have guts to rock this style.<br />

I don't like skirts, I don't think they can be flattering on my extra baggage below the waist. I look like a mother - I've got soft breast, my waist is bigger then my underbust. After 3 pregnancies and loosing around 15 kg since having a son nr 2 in November 2011, I'm left with too much of loose skin and I've got diastasis recti (I'm working on it). Add to it not the biggest hips (97cm). Most of dresses from boob-friendly companies are designed for hourglass type with flat stomach. Many of them would be too tight for my not so typical waist measurement. If I choose the size according to the cm in my waist, the hips part is always too big for me.<br />
So ,what are the options for a girl like me? I would love to wear Kieska from Urkye but I know it would look awful on me, I'm not keen on Pin Up and I like my clothes to be rather simple and modern.<br />
Here are latest purchases from a thrift shop (yes, I'm still thrifty in 2013):<br />
<br />
<br />
<ol>
<li>Kjoni - I bought it with tags still attached, original price was $90, I got if for $2.</li>
</ol>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dRgWxYOLHio/UPU-_ifqoWI/AAAAAAAAAZU/e9ptYKvAqKA/s1600/Kjani+suknia.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="193" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dRgWxYOLHio/UPU-_ifqoWI/AAAAAAAAAZU/e9ptYKvAqKA/s400/Kjani+suknia.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The perfect summer dress. Very bright colours make me stand out in the crowd. </div>
<br />
2. Tokito - it had a ripped pocket so I got it for free.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sgoVUdHGQXA/UPU_SfalLAI/AAAAAAAAAZc/Fns73A5IvXI/s1600/Tokitosuknia.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="206" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sgoVUdHGQXA/UPU_SfalLAI/AAAAAAAAAZc/Fns73A5IvXI/s400/Tokitosuknia.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's got cute pockets and nice flowery pattern. Colours suit me better then in nr.1. Dress is a little bit too short, I'm going to wear it with tights when the weather will cool down.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
3. Crossroads - I need it something for my son's birthday, bargain $2.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1CZw2UIOgMY/UPU_cW9uHUI/AAAAAAAAAZk/feH8Cekn5j4/s1600/Crossroadssuknia.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="197" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1CZw2UIOgMY/UPU_cW9uHUI/AAAAAAAAAZk/feH8Cekn5j4/s400/Crossroadssuknia.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
This one is a disaster, I really don't know why I bought it. This style is not good when you've got bigger stomach. I do look pregnant, don't I?<br />
<br />
4. Laura Ashley - $4<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-qqW-BXxjHM4/UPU_c2_wYyI/AAAAAAAAAZo/3SNDAGsMhpg/s1600/lauraash2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="276" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-qqW-BXxjHM4/UPU_c2_wYyI/AAAAAAAAAZo/3SNDAGsMhpg/s400/lauraash2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rsMdplSmCsA/UPU_fskMZZI/AAAAAAAAAZ0/Fgh56CUK1DA/s1600/lauraashley1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="211" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rsMdplSmCsA/UPU_fskMZZI/AAAAAAAAAZ0/Fgh56CUK1DA/s400/lauraashley1.jpg" width="400" /></a><br />
<br />
This one is my favourite. It makes me feel like a million dollars. It's lined, fits my bust, it's perfect around the waist and not too big around the hips. I love the back! It's so stylish.<br />
The front is a little bit bulky but this is how it's supposed to be, I need to iron it.<br />
<br />
<br />
What do you think?<br />

I found some ugly Playtex bra in good condition. The cups looked big enough to fit me. After washing it, I've tried it on.<br />
It was like turning back time to old days, when I was thinking my size is 34e. There, picture on the left, is something what I would be still wearing if I wouldn't know better. Picture on the right is Cleo Alexa 32ff.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div align="left">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I can't tell what size Playtex bra is, but they don't do bigger cups or bands smaller then 32.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Before getting some bra education, I hated padded bras and I wouldn't wear any bras with narrow straps. I didn't know the most of support in the bra comes from the band, not from the straps. So the band was loose and I would shorten the straps to give boobs some lift. All so uncomfortable and horrible looking. Now, look at the centre gore in both bras:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yOjFPfFZFyU/UPNp7NFpgvI/AAAAAAAAAYE/IZeHTtXJgyw/s1600/porownaniemostek.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="148" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yOjFPfFZFyU/UPNp7NFpgvI/AAAAAAAAAYE/IZeHTtXJgyw/s400/porownaniemostek.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
In Alexa the wires meet between breasts and sit flat against the ribcage. Plytex has underwires too! But because cups are too small and band is too loose, wires are just hanging couple centimetres away the ribcage. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
In Playtex, breasts are squashed and flat and almost not lifted. Side view:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UNbcs35leZA/UPOG-kG3mgI/AAAAAAAAAYc/2w9arA4VBI0/s1600/porownaniebok.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="202" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UNbcs35leZA/UPOG-kG3mgI/AAAAAAAAAYc/2w9arA4VBI0/s400/porownaniebok.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Can you see the band riding up? Very bad sign. Now, let's talk about the band.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
My tight underbust measurement is 71cm (28 inches), loose is 74cm ( 29inches). I think +0 inches rule is wrong, it was used in Poland few years ago, when Freya was making very loose bands and before Ewa Michalak started making her bras. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
After few years, the quality of bands improved and all Lobby Biusciastych and Balkonetka users agreed - they used to wear their bras too tight. There is no need to go 15cm down in the band, really!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
What's my rule? Measure yourself not too tightly, use centimetres. Go down 5cm and choose the closest band size. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So 74cm less 5 is 69 - band size 32 (70). This is my band size in Cleo, Panache Superbra and Ewa Michalak.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Couple more photos, this time with a pj singlet on, can you see the difference?</div>

She is intelligent and nice looking but she doesn't care about her looks too much? Her favourite bra is Aah Bra and she hides her body in over sized clothes? I've got couple of girlfriends like this: one is 30years old, mum of 2 small boys and spends a lot of time training horses. She is so pretty and full of life. But I can't look at her boobs - she is a curvy lady with big bosom, I would say size 34hh. I don't know what size she wears - but her breasts are popping out of every bra and hang quite low. <br />
My other friend is over 50 years old and she loves her Aah bras...I would say she may be similar size to me - but now her boobs look so sad. She just laughs at any of my "bra talks".<br />
<br />
Another subject I've been thinking about - teenagers and bigger bust. My 14years old stepdaughter is very slim girl with bigger bust, I would say she is 28dd/30e. She was complaining about getting too much of unwanted attention. Mainly boys at school. Here comes horrible stereotype: girls with bigger boobs are easy. I remember something like this from my teens. Who teaches boys this crap? It's hard to be a teenager this days - girls at 14 talking about being sexy. 15years old boys looking for "friends with benefits". <br />
<br />
So, back to bra subject: stepdaughter wears baggy tops and she doesnt' like to be a girl with biggest bust in the class. She was quite uncomfortable in cheap padded bras from supermarket. Size 12(34)c!!! Her mum won't think about getting a proper bra for her, so I took her to bra store. We managed to get 2 great bras by Gorgeous by Debenhams in 30e. She was so happy and told me she never was so comfortable in a bra before! <br />
<br />
At least one successful story to share:)ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-50575320094063006312012-10-10T20:10:00.001+10:302012-10-11T14:04:02.370+10:30What Myer has got to offer for 32ff?Myer is one of leading Australian department stores (something like Debenhams in UK). I went to one of the stores (at Tea Trea Plaza) yesterday to check the lingerie department out. Myer sells quite few brands. Most of them are part of Bendon group (Elle Macpherson Intimates, Fayreform, Pleasure State, Lovable and Evollove). The others are Berlei, Triumph and Playtex.<br />
I wasn't interest in any of brands except Evollove and Elle Macpherson Intimates. There wasn't single Elle bra in size that could fit me, something around 32g or 34ff.<br />
Evollove is supposed to be a brand for bigger bust, all bras have tags saying "Sizes from D to G". It may look great but there are only cups D, DD, E, F and G. Bands start at size 30, which is size 8 here. So size 32g is really 32ffUK. <br />
<br />
<br />
First to try was my favourite, white Sweet Blush Contour Bra in 32(10)g:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dEbsNXGF7MU/UHTw_mq7cFI/AAAAAAAAAUw/nup0qagc0rs/s1600/evollove10gbialy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="237" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dEbsNXGF7MU/UHTw_mq7cFI/AAAAAAAAAUw/nup0qagc0rs/s320/evollove10gbialy.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-k5sAAdUFt0Y/UHTxEJijFuI/AAAAAAAAAU4/RFUB5-cq_VQ/s1600/10gbialy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="285" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-k5sAAdUFt0Y/UHTxEJijFuI/AAAAAAAAAU4/RFUB5-cq_VQ/s320/10gbialy.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
You can buy this bra in black version too. It looked great on the hanger, but I don't like it on me at all. The cup cuts into bigger breast and bra is giving my boobs horrible flat and east-west look. The band wasn't smug, I would go down to 30.<br />
I love the look of the bra, it is so girly and sweet, but even if size 30h would be available, it wouldn't work for me. <br />
<br />
<br />
Next was another contour (padded) bra, beautiful and elegant, blue (Algier Blue) Dawn In Eden in 32g:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-006DH1r6vOE/UHTz-jwO3qI/AAAAAAAAAVQ/C6AckKRPQFo/s1600/evollove10gniebieski.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-006DH1r6vOE/UHTz-jwO3qI/AAAAAAAAAVQ/C6AckKRPQFo/s320/evollove10gniebieski.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It even hurts looking at it. It's smaller in the cups then Sweet blush and the band is tight. I was looking for size 34g - the cup could fit and band should be OK but bra wasn't available in this size. Maybe next time:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Third bra I've tried, was dark blue ( Evollove call it Astral Aura) Lost Love in 34g:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-NsDM1wZRc-E/UHT4ztzjabI/AAAAAAAAAVw/uZSMTlMhC2I/s1600/niebieskidrugie.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-NsDM1wZRc-E/UHT4ztzjabI/AAAAAAAAAVw/uZSMTlMhC2I/s320/niebieskidrugie.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G_CoXbb_0xk/UHT43Imcb0I/AAAAAAAAAV4/3MGm93oLAg4/s1600/niebieski12g.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="236" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G_CoXbb_0xk/UHT43Imcb0I/AAAAAAAAAV4/3MGm93oLAg4/s320/niebieski12g.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This bra makes me fell like I'm wearing Fayreform again - awful east-west look, no support at all, very sad looking boobs. Band 34 was way too big (there wasn't 32g available in the store). Left cup isn't too small but is cutting in the top of the breast. Big NO.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Now. time for something red (called Infra Red) - Fallen Apple in 32g:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-C5L8iJYlynM/UHT8MBUhjFI/AAAAAAAAAWQ/KVVIYGCsboo/s1600/czerwony10g.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="295" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-C5L8iJYlynM/UHT8MBUhjFI/AAAAAAAAAWQ/KVVIYGCsboo/s320/czerwony10g.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The cups were too small so I got 34g:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-droOOlmsBp8/UHT8g2qtjiI/AAAAAAAAAWY/ImDFSFkFaaw/s1600/evollove12g.a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-droOOlmsBp8/UHT8g2qtjiI/AAAAAAAAAWY/ImDFSFkFaaw/s320/evollove12g.a.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Scpe_IWXldU/UHT8laUn2mI/AAAAAAAAAWg/cA5oyHWFKpo/s1600/evollove12g.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="273" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Scpe_IWXldU/UHT8laUn2mI/AAAAAAAAAWg/cA5oyHWFKpo/s320/evollove12g.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This bra was probably the best fit but the band was too big and cups (being on bigger side) were still cutting in - it is strange because my boobs are quite bottom heavy. Better support then in Lost Love but the sad look is still there. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
All of Evollove bras have few things in common. The straps are really short,I had to make them the longest as possible and it wasn't still comfortable. I'm sure someone shorter wouldn't have this problem but if you are over 175cm, the straps could be too short. Bras are really tight on the top, can cut into breasts, I can imagine it wouldn't be good for someone with breasts full on the top.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
All of the bras have very poetic and romantic names and prices are around $50-$60 AUD, which makes them $20 cheaper then Freya/Panache.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Bras are quite pretty and look great on the hangers, but maybe I'm too spoiled with Polish and British bras and don't like the look of myself in them. The construction of especially,unpadded bras isn't good at all. This is me in Fallen Apple and too big in the cup Chloe:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
At the end I've tried something from Fayreform! Profile Perfect in 32f, I don't know why I even bothered, this bra isn't attractive:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9XLT_4n3lfE/UHT_5AIWy6I/AAAAAAAAAW4/Bvb0wnEskuo/s1600/profileperfect10f.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="230" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-9XLT_4n3lfE/UHT_5AIWy6I/AAAAAAAAAW4/Bvb0wnEskuo/s320/profileperfect10f.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Very bad fit, the band is too loose, cup aren't too small but are squashing me, the centre gore is far away from the chest. It looks like old Berlei T-Shirts bras I used to wear in size 34e. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I would like to go to Myer again to get fitted (just for the sake of this blog) - I couldn't do it this time because I had company of two little boys:) I had one offer of fitting but it was after I've tried all bras and we very just too tired and bored:) I've told the girl none of the bras fitted and I need something with bigger cup but band has to be 30 or 32. She told me she wears band size 34 or sometimes 36 (she was very slim)...yes, I don't think she had any clue about bra-fitting at all.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm glad I've tried Evollove, I can go back to my bras now - it was relief to put nicely fitted Fauve Emanuelle in 30gg back on:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

Bra called George from Cleo is well known as great balconette style bra which can make your boobs look very round, lifted and just great. George isn't made anymore, but there are bras based on him - Eleanor, Lizzie, Zia, Natasha, Marcie and Chloe.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tp0a9XBYeC0/UG5UX1svd0I/AAAAAAAAAT4/HtJP-zMYBAA/s1600/cleo-chloe.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="234" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tp0a9XBYeC0/UG5UX1svd0I/AAAAAAAAAT4/HtJP-zMYBAA/s320/cleo-chloe.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
I haven't got much experience with Cleo bras, I've only got one, Molly in 32gg (my favourite bra at the moment, much better plunge style then Ewa Michalak).<br />
I was sure I will not go for 30 band so I got 32g. It was mistake - there is a photo:<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8d0PZ4EdpLc/UG5VouF_-II/AAAAAAAAAUA/o34-anycgoc/s1600/2012-10-04+20.58.32.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8d0PZ4EdpLc/UG5VouF_-II/AAAAAAAAAUA/o34-anycgoc/s320/2012-10-04+20.58.32.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
First thing - the band is too small. My ribcage is 72cm and this bra is extremely tight. I could fell the underwires stretching to my back and it was very uncomfortable. This photo is taken when I had an extender attached. It was a relief, I could breathe and the wires weren't digging so painfully anymore.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
After all scooping, the cups were still too big, especially on smaller, right breast. Adding the extender made the cups even bigger:</div>

So, the bra isn't the best looking, but even when cups are too big, it shows great potential:</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The lift is nr1, the shape is beautiful (it's not so visible on the photo but please believe me) and if in correct size, this bra could work magic on my softies;) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm going to try this bra again, in 34 band and will go cup smaller so it will be 34f. </div>

TwiceTen months of breastfeeding (and still going) and change of eating habits and I am down from 32h to 32g/30gg. This means goodbye to many bras and I need new bras. The band 32 is still good but the cups are huge. Having 72 cm under the bust and 98 in the bust, 32g is the size I'm most comfortable in, I do have a few bras in 30gg too.<br />
It was a good time to try some of Curvy Kate's unpadded bras for the first time. <br />
First was Angel in 28j...not a good choice. It was second hand, so I was hoping to fit into 28 inch band. I've read about Angel's cups being on the small side. The bra was too tight, cups were too big. The worst was the fabric which bra is made of. Very uncomfortable and itchy.<br />
It's a pity because I like the look of this bra a lot.<br />
<br />
After Angel I found Emily in 30h (on Clothes For Boobs group on Facebook) and after again, reading about cups being on the small side I decided to give it a go.<br />
<br />
Emily in lovely Flame colour (it's red with orange embroidery) came with matching briefs size M (perfect fit for 97cm hips). My favourite bras are purple and red so the colour of Emily was big YES from me.<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
The band is too tight for me, it can be closed but it's not comfortable. Luckily I've got an extender, so I tried with it on. It was much better. After putting the bra on I had to do some serious scooping, because at first it <span style="background-color: yellow;">looked</span> like cups are too big. It's still not right. I can see that even with extender, the underwire is pulled too much under my armpit. CK bras are shallow and wide in the cups so now the cups were even wider. There is too much fabric under the arm too, it's cutting in. The straps are wide too and I've got narrow shoulders. <br />
Cup h isn't much too big but bra is not doing much with my breasts, it's just giving a little bit of support, but shape is quite round and I like it.<br />
<br />
Can you see the underwire almost on my back? It means the band is too tight, cups are too big - underwire is too wide.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
I was wondering if I go up in the band, will it make any difference? I must admit, I made mistake by not going size down in the cup. I just wasn't sure if 32g wouldn't be too small. <br />
I got Lavender version in 32gg:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Qxe6LFmlNI8/UGlpDWl4JKI/AAAAAAAAATQ/sOaqHhL02CU/s1600/2012-09-26+16.02.35.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="201" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Qxe6LFmlNI8/UGlpDWl4JKI/AAAAAAAAATQ/sOaqHhL02CU/s320/2012-09-26+16.02.35.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qjev8zU437A/UGlpKNH4OgI/AAAAAAAAATY/7p8WXGQs1c8/s1600/2012-09-26+16.03.03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="303" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qjev8zU437A/UGlpKNH4OgI/AAAAAAAAATY/7p8WXGQs1c8/s320/2012-09-26+16.03.03.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-V9Lz9f5dgbE/UGlpNjObZSI/AAAAAAAAATg/O3-vhIEBAcA/s1600/2012-09-26+16.04.04.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="285" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-V9Lz9f5dgbE/UGlpNjObZSI/AAAAAAAAATg/O3-vhIEBAcA/s320/2012-09-26+16.04.04.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
It looks blue on the photos but it is really lavender. So, the band is great, feels snug. The cups are too big but as you should see, in this bra at least my boobs are lifted and don't look so sad. The underwire is tiny bit too wide but in 32g it could be perfect - my breasts like wider wires.<br />
I love natural, round shape this bra gives. I'm going to try 32g - it could be great bra!<br />
<br />

It makes me feel sexy and confident. My grey Tuba from new and very young (Ula - the designer and owner is only 25years old) <a href="http://www.urkye.pl/">www.urkye.pl</a>.<br />
<br />
Size 40o/oo is perfect for bust size 32g. I like the colour, the fabric is nice and soft (95% cotton). <br />
I think is very flattering, oh it just make me feel great:) I am saving to buy more colours (there is pink, red, green and black). I've got a Purple Tuba in 40oo/oo which is bigger in the bust - it's still wearable and it just covers more up.<br />
<br />
<br />
There you go:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OT59YE8gJ8w/UGZah5Ve5rI/AAAAAAAAASA/baP1kPsP72c/s1600/2012-09-27+18.45.32.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="315" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OT59YE8gJ8w/UGZah5Ve5rI/AAAAAAAAASA/baP1kPsP72c/s320/2012-09-27+18.45.32.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DlQvK_Apf8g/UGZanZ2kyWI/AAAAAAAAASI/loTJTn3MSrY/s1600/2012-09-27+18.46.07.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DlQvK_Apf8g/UGZanZ2kyWI/AAAAAAAAASI/loTJTn3MSrY/s320/2012-09-27+18.46.07.jpg" width="279" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
I have to add - customer service at Urkye is superb. Ula's husband Wojtek is very kind and helpful and Ula is always giving great advice. So, if you aren't sure what size to choose or have any questions, just e-mail them. After ordering for the first time I had some problems with Paypals currency calculator. It charged me more then I had ready to pay (it was few $) and I got an offer from Wojtek " Don't worry about it, because it's your first purchase with us, we will give you discount". Isn't this lovely? ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-3554632928759742372012-09-28T10:11:00.000+09:302012-10-02T07:55:58.633+09:30Czarna (Black) PolkaThis is another <a href="http://www.biubiu.pl/">www.biubiu.pl</a> dress. Czarna Polka in 40b/bb:<br />

</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's black, the fabric is viscose with 5% elastane. It's got a very modest neckline, it's quite fitted around waist (much tighter then Waikiki) and I have to wear slimming briefs under it. It's a little bit too long. I don't know why but it makes me feel like a teenager:))) Just add some Dr Martens boots and I am back in the 90' and listening to Soundgarden again:))</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I really like sweet lace at the bottom of the dress:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zZjc2btcxzI/UGTr9j4E4DI/AAAAAAAAARY/APE6q7iAdXs/s1600/2012-09-27+09.41.50.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zZjc2btcxzI/UGTr9j4E4DI/AAAAAAAAARY/APE6q7iAdXs/s320/2012-09-27+09.41.50.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
I' m sorry about the quality of the photos - it's hard to take a good photo of black clothes without professional camera and lights. This is Biubiu's photo of the dress:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gd5qb8ESfBQ/UGTvpklSudI/AAAAAAAAARs/CJkd60GlVR8/s1600/untitled.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gd5qb8ESfBQ/UGTvpklSudI/AAAAAAAAARs/CJkd60GlVR8/s320/untitled.png" width="213" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<br />
The dress looks a little bit baggy on me when you compare it with the photo above. But I've got quite slim hips but big belly so I have to choose bigger size. <br />
I'm quite happy with Polka, I wish I had a red version too. <br />
<br />
Did you check latest Biubiu's arrivals? Great colours and designs, I am glad it's getting warmer here so I don't feel like buying anything with long sleeves. <br />
<br />
So I can spend more on lingerie,ha ha...<br />
<br />

Kids and a puppy called Milly are keeping me very busy, I can only find some spare time in the evenings and most of the time I am just too tired. I do suffer from some kind of winter depression as well. So now, the weather here in southern hemisphere is getting warmer and my mood is getting better. <br />
I've got some new stuff from Polish bust friendly retailers <a href="http://www.urkye.pl/">www.urkye.pl</a> and <a href="http://www.biubiu.pl/">www.biubiu.pl</a>. From Biubiu's outlet came dresses Waikiki and Polka. <br />
From Urkye I've got two Tuba tops, in purple and in grey.<br />
<br />
First to review is Waikiki in 40b/bb. When I first saw in on the website, I wasn't very interested - I don't like patterns. But during cold and windy winter days I felt like I need something bright and colourful to cheer me up. This dress is very, very cheerful, I don't think you can wear it and be grumpy. The colours are strong on Waikiki, you can see some teal, fuchsia, white, lime green, dark purple, aqua and light purple. The fabric is cotton with 5% Lycra. Price was $27 AUD.<br />
<br />
How does it fit?<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CPdCqW63XuA/UGJHoEljkcI/AAAAAAAAAQM/g2oopaOpyc0/s1600/2012-09-08+15.50.48.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-CPdCqW63XuA/UGJHoEljkcI/AAAAAAAAAQM/g2oopaOpyc0/s320/2012-09-08+15.50.48.jpg" width="293" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zJ-Gi_C_r4g/UGJHz1jzHgI/AAAAAAAAAQU/niMzyp3nRs4/s1600/2012-09-08+15.51.03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zJ-Gi_C_r4g/UGJHz1jzHgI/AAAAAAAAAQU/niMzyp3nRs4/s320/2012-09-08+15.51.03.jpg" width="257" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xPo8QvlfqLo/UGJPzJoqThI/AAAAAAAAAQo/YKzTx2UmSZY/s1600/2012-09-18+13.14.59.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xPo8QvlfqLo/UGJPzJoqThI/AAAAAAAAAQo/YKzTx2UmSZY/s320/2012-09-18+13.14.59.jpg" width="296" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I could choose size 38bb/bbb for better fit under the bust but I am afraid it would be too tight around the stomach. I measure 72cm under the bust, my waist is 76cm ( there isn't much room between them) and my hips are 97cm. Between waist and hips is my problem area and I will not share the measurement;)) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The dress is light and comfortable buy I would prefer it longer. I'm 172cm and I find it a little bit too short, but still OK to wear without leggings (it would be too warm in summer anyway). I just have to be careful;)) and don't wear it on breezy days. Dress is very casual, just perfect for a walk on the beach or a barbecue with friends. I wouldn't wear it on more formal occasions.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

I am very bad at sewing, I just don't have the patience. I wouldn't try to do anything to brand new bras, I rather sell them.<br />
After losing few centimetres in the bust area, I am down to 72/98 ( I was 77/105) and many of bras are too big. Some of bras are just made so stretchy - like Freya's Jolie. I got mine when I was pregnant and it's size 32gg. Adding my weight loss and stretchiness of the band I've got a lovely bra with huge band:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xplUjSviJWk/UBtYv1uqaDI/AAAAAAAAAOA/CiuaG9vxqKE/s1600/Jolie32gg.2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="275" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xplUjSviJWk/UBtYv1uqaDI/AAAAAAAAAOA/CiuaG9vxqKE/s320/Jolie32gg.2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The unstretched band was 74 cm! There is a picture of Jolie and Carolyn, both are 32gg:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-k_S11adVYLc/UBtqAvhFf1I/AAAAAAAAAOU/46G1qmI5mSw/s1600/2012-07-29+10.35.27.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-k_S11adVYLc/UBtqAvhFf1I/AAAAAAAAAOU/46G1qmI5mSw/s320/2012-07-29+10.35.27.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Carolyn is a great fit and the band is 66 cm long. I like June's from Braless in Brasil <a href="http://www.bralessinbrasil.com/2011/09/desperate-times-calls-for-desperate.html" target="_blank">method</a> which is the easiest way of shortening the bra band. You cut the hooks and eyes off, cut some of the band off and sew the hooks and eyes on again. The band is 66cm now:) </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yPGIevOkVfY/UBw_RM5g77I/AAAAAAAAAP4/iupuFGN57pg/s1600/2012-08-04+06.39.14.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="236" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yPGIevOkVfY/UBw_RM5g77I/AAAAAAAAAP4/iupuFGN57pg/s320/2012-08-04+06.39.14.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Yes, like I've said before, I am not good at sewing. I'm planning to cover the stiches with some lace. Anyway, the band is smug now and I can wear Jolie again:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
There is one more bra which went under the knife. Quite old and used Masquerade Maia. It's one of the prettiest bras I've seen. I don't know how many owners it had before me, I must be at least 3rd. It's size 34g and was always too small in the cups and too big in the band. Now, when I am only 98cm in bust, the cups fit. The band it's made of satine and it's unfamous for stretchiness. There it is, together with Carolyn:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I used June's method again. I have to say, I am not happy with only 2 rows of hooks and eyes and I will replace it with set of 3 rows - I just need to find it. This is how the back of Maia looked in the middle of work and after:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's not really comfortable at the moment and even if band is around 66cm long, it feels a little bit too tight. Maybe new set of hooks will improve it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

I didn't go crazy with colours (again) and ended up with mostly black. I've bought 3 tops and a jacket, it didn't cost more then 10 AU$. <br />
It's nothing with big labels on, just an Australian stuff from Big W or K-Mart (so quality isn't the greatest). <br />
<br />
1. Emerson top, size 12 ( Australian):<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KqX4tgZ0h_Y/UA_uayf_i0I/AAAAAAAAAMQ/GuvPbFiIffo/s1600/2012-07-25+13.20.26.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KqX4tgZ0h_Y/UA_uayf_i0I/AAAAAAAAAMQ/GuvPbFiIffo/s320/2012-07-25+13.20.26.jpg" width="240" /></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YpZ3Fn-xyx0/UA_uvo-QPrI/AAAAAAAAAMY/zBt9TGeDm38/s1600/2012-07-25+09.04.28.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YpZ3Fn-xyx0/UA_uvo-QPrI/AAAAAAAAAMY/zBt9TGeDm38/s320/2012-07-25+09.04.28.jpg" width="227" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's just one top, pretending to be a blouse and a vest. It's not really fitted but I like to have a little bit of fabric around stomach, to cover flabby bits. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. K-Mart shirt, size M:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-grvGFSbgiXg/UA_xxfqkmPI/AAAAAAAAAMs/IHcU1idAR_U/s1600/2012-07-25+13.32.54.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="279" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-grvGFSbgiXg/UA_xxfqkmPI/AAAAAAAAAMs/IHcU1idAR_U/s320/2012-07-25+13.32.54.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ph-9PdB56RI/UA_x46cRIOI/AAAAAAAAAM0/tkwuMMHf1mY/s1600/2012-07-25+13.34.19.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="253" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ph-9PdB56RI/UA_x46cRIOI/AAAAAAAAAM0/tkwuMMHf1mY/s320/2012-07-25+13.34.19.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QDEdqKJv7z8/UBBclrDL7vI/AAAAAAAAANA/E1gOGP10smg/s1600/2012-07-25+13.36.08.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QDEdqKJv7z8/UBBclrDL7vI/AAAAAAAAANA/E1gOGP10smg/s320/2012-07-25+13.36.08.jpg" width="309" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
In my opinion the designer had a clever idea - 3/4 sleeves, it's not too big on the back and the most important - the way you can regulate the tightness under the bust. It's a great option for myself - my underbust is smaller then waist. It will be perfect summer shirt with nautical touch in it:) <br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
3. Dotti top, size M:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zn7BPJJ2Imo/UBBo6K9wbmI/AAAAAAAAANY/gMveSK-UNHY/s1600/2012-07-25+13.40.52.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="306" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zn7BPJJ2Imo/UBBo6K9wbmI/AAAAAAAAANY/gMveSK-UNHY/s320/2012-07-25+13.40.52.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-A9E4nfQTXF0/UBBo-9e0GbI/AAAAAAAAANg/_lOaPJqpdZ4/s1600/2012-07-25+13.39.34.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="277" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-A9E4nfQTXF0/UBBo-9e0GbI/AAAAAAAAANg/_lOaPJqpdZ4/s320/2012-07-25+13.39.34.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This one it very fitted, it looks nice at the back but it's showing bits at the front. The black part looks like a minimiser. I've got short torso and my breasts are quite low so with this top I will wear Ewa Michalak bra to make them look higher. As you can see, it's got a room for a belt but it will not work for me. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
4. K-Mart jacket, size 14 (Australian):</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7JjUm5l3gns/UBBwSGJEo4I/AAAAAAAAANs/b2j1mmeW4Ws/s1600/2012-07-25+13.06.37.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7JjUm5l3gns/UBBwSGJEo4I/AAAAAAAAANs/b2j1mmeW4Ws/s320/2012-07-25+13.06.37.jpg" width="149" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's got a room for 30h boobs, it's not too big in the waist - it only looks like this on the photo. I'm not sure about 3/4 sleeves in a jacket but I can wear it with one of my tops from black tops collection, so the sleeves will blend;)) It's warm and gives me a little bit of Jackie O feeling.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I forgot to add, I am wearing Lee Riders jeans from the thrift shop:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I've got them both in 32gg. They should fit the same, don't they???<br />
<br />
As you can see, they don't!<br />
<br />
Raspberry Tango fits very well,the band is just smug enough ( I don't like it to be very tight), cups give me nice rounded shape. The cups are a little bit far apart but it doesn't bother me, it still looks good with a top on. I love the colour of it and I like the straps to be only 1.8cm wide and padded with felt. It's so comfortable.<br />
<br />
Ocean Blue is too loose in the band and cups are too big. Front of the bra and part of the straps are covered with satin and the are little diamante at the front, it looks pretty. The straps aren't fully adjustable. <br />
<br />
The underwire is wide and it suits me - wearing 32gg Freya I've always got a problem with underwire on left, bigger breast - it pokes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4xdqdbV7M-Y/T-0p7fBJEFI/AAAAAAAAAL8/zESFUgKMBQs/s1600/2012-06-29+09.17.20.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="161" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4xdqdbV7M-Y/T-0p7fBJEFI/AAAAAAAAAL8/zESFUgKMBQs/s200/2012-06-29+09.17.20.jpg" width="200" /></a><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zje0-FEhTY0/T-0qEkT7WhI/AAAAAAAAAME/kCEJmH4UWY0/s1600/2012-06-29+09.10.44.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="160" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-zje0-FEhTY0/T-0qEkT7WhI/AAAAAAAAAME/kCEJmH4UWY0/s200/2012-06-29+09.10.44.jpg" width="200" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
I'm really glad to try Tango , it's a great everyday bra:)<br />
<br />
One note added after few times of wearing - the wire in Raspberry is poking me on the left breast too, I can adjusted by stretching but by in the evening I am glad to take the bra off. <br />
Ocean version is more comfortable, I have to wear it closed on middle set of hooks, but the colour of this bra is so beautiful, I couldn't send it back. I had a funny situation - when dropping my daughter at her grandparents ( my ex 's parents). I was caring my baby boy to the their door and there it was - little boy was helping himself with my decolletage;),an almost whole Tango out ( I like low tops). The grandpa looked very happy, ha,ha. <br />
It looks like I am still a Freya girl:) I wish they can make bras in colours like Tangos, the closest would be Jolie in Amethyst, Bubblegum and Chili or maybe Lauren in Lupin.<br />

It's made by German company called Street One. It's almost bust friendly (one button gets open sometimes), it's size EU38 (UK12) and I've found it in my village op-shop for 2$. It looks nice with leggings/jeggings, boots and it needs some colorful accessories.<br />

Like I've said, I was sure I can't wear PL style, because my breasts are too soft and didn't want to stay in the bra. <br />
The advice I got from Clarisse from Lobby Biusciastych (Polish Bra-fitting Community) was to try bigger size cup. When you put you bra on it has to look like your bra is too big in cups. This is me in PL Toffik 34hh, just after putting the bra on:<br />

I've asked why do they stock just limited amount of sizes and do they plan to change it. Here is a part of response:<br />
<br />
" We have recently placed a limited range of the Evedon products in our stores with much success. It seems that we need to carry a much wider range of this brand , the only issue is the very high cost of the bra's. My thoughts are to set up a single central store near the city and calling it 'Innerware Plus'. This store would carry a huge range of bras from Eveden and other brands such as Curvy Kate. I feel that there is a need for a specialized store such as this. It would be just too expensive to carry a full range in all stores and believe that people would travel for this type of store."<br />
<br />
It's a good news, Adelaide needs a proper lingerie store, I can't wait to see it.ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-22949822650208365072012-06-22T13:18:00.001+09:302012-06-23T12:31:17.775+09:30Innerware - is there any hope?Innerware - it's my local, South Australian company, they've got five stores across Adelaide. As many bigger and smaller lingerie retailers they advertise to have trained fitters in all stores. As company's owner Carol Samares is saying on the website: "We have always offered a complimentary expert fitting service. Right from day one we were amazed by how many women had for years been wearing the wrong sizes. The comfort women find in being correctly fitted is always a revelation. Together with our pricing policy, complimentary fitting and great service is a key factor that keeps our customers coming back."<br />
<br />
To be honest, I never was much interested in this store. I know what brands I can find in there (Triumph, Playtex, Fayreform, Berlei and few others) and after my try with Fayreform I wasn't keen to try it again.<br />
When I was pregnant , my size went up (almost overnight) from G to H, I didn't have a much choice, I had to go to Innerware. It's only 30 inutes drive away andI can't walk around without bra on:)))<br />
<br />
I was welcomed by friendly lady. I've told her I'm pregnant and I need a bra ( I was 2-3 months, I can't remember exactly). So, I was told that I can't wear underwired bra and I have to try maternity bras. I'm sorry, I'm not going to wear soft maternity bra when I am only 2 months pregnant!<br />
She gave me "THE LOOK" and asked if I need help with finding my size. The biggest cup in size 32 ( Australian 10) they have was H - but it was that maternity bra she wanted my to try (Triumph). <br />
Not so friendly anymore fitter suggested to try some 34g (this is the biggest cup in 34).<br />
Guess what brand she has choose???? Fayreform!!! I only have photo of one of the bras, be aware, it's most ugliest bra in the world!<br />
<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's called Charlotte, poor Charlotte...</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The "trained fitter" was so intimidating I really ended up buying this beauty! There was only one more bra that kind of fitted me and it was Fayreform again.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

Now, when my drawer is full of pretty and well fitting bras, I'm not going into Innerware any more.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
But before writing this post I went to check their website and I almost fell of my chair. They stock Freya, Elomi and Fantasie! Look at this: <a href="http://www.innerware.com.au/">http://www.innerware.com.au/</a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

Some may say, this is not too bad but I'm not happy with this choice at all. </div>

I am planning to visit this store soon, so there will be a review, I hope I will not have to deal with the same fitter again;) </div>

The fabric is sheer, pattern is flowery. Colors are a mix of light pink, lightest brown and ecru. Straps are pink and wide. <br />
I had it in two sizes to try: 32gg and 32h. First is a photo of 32h:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tEAY-QMVCUk/T-MUiFJDI5I/AAAAAAAAAJg/Fx9vLPEgHzQ/s1600/Eloise32h.4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="165" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tEAY-QMVCUk/T-MUiFJDI5I/AAAAAAAAAJg/Fx9vLPEgHzQ/s200/Eloise32h.4.jpg" width="200" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So, this size is too big in cups, and bra isn't giving me much lift. Now 32gg:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gJrp_ZlKxYs/T-MVXVqNnhI/AAAAAAAAAJo/5p1hXvCV-QY/s1600/Eloise32gg.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="188" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gJrp_ZlKxYs/T-MVXVqNnhI/AAAAAAAAAJo/5p1hXvCV-QY/s200/Eloise32gg.jpg" width="200" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It looks better here but I'm still not sure about it. Very important: band is quite loose, I had to use the tightest set of hooks. It's a big no no,so Eloise is back to the shop. I could try it in size 30h, but I just got the feeling this bra isn't the best cut for me. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-49135075970421268952012-06-21T09:24:00.000+09:302012-06-22T13:21:55.062+09:30Panache Tango - what a nice surprise:)I'm always calling myself Freya girl. I've got a quite few Freya bras. When I was ordering another batch of Freya's from my lovely EBay seller, she asked: " Have I ever tried Tango?" ( it's her favourite bra)<br />
I've never tried Tango before, I've seen some bad reviews and photos of sad looking boobs. <br />
Janelle was so nice and I've found Tango balconette size 30h in a package to try.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gSRlNIix9CA/T-HAcrBRDPI/AAAAAAAAAI4/ULIZyV4LwUg/s1600/tango.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-gSRlNIix9CA/T-HAcrBRDPI/AAAAAAAAAI4/ULIZyV4LwUg/s1600/tango.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
It's got a beautiful, bold raspberry colour, you can't see it on the photos. <br />
Janelle's suggestion was size 30h, but as I was suspecting, it was too tight in the band. Anyway, even with this back size I think I look quite well. Bra is giving me great support and shape. It keeps everything in the place and I really like this feeling. It's not a sexy bra for sure, but I have something for boudoir already. <br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ajc0tljlwKQ/T-Jf7dEtKfI/AAAAAAAAAJE/0SndO6hh55Q/s1600/Tango30h.8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="203" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ajc0tljlwKQ/T-Jf7dEtKfI/AAAAAAAAAJE/0SndO6hh55Q/s320/Tango30h.8.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
As you can see on my photo, the band is so tight, it is stretching the side panel , it should be straight. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Here is a cup cutting in my bigger breast. I really think in size 32gg this bra will fit me well. </div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I've got to order now - I am looking forward to try stunning special edition Ocean Tango:</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YiGu5ycAhA4/T87EZUMq5zI/AAAAAAAAAHk/jsW3Vyo2PXM/s1600/fayreform.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YiGu5ycAhA4/T87EZUMq5zI/AAAAAAAAAHk/jsW3Vyo2PXM/s1600/fayreform.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Over a year ago, at the beginning of my bra journey I decided to try some local, Australian brands first. <br />
After little research I came up with Fayreform. They advertise as big cups bras, photos are showing rather pretty bras. They are pricey, one bra can cost around 80$ (yes, you can have Freya bra for this price too). At zodee.com.au, Adoring was reduced to 35$ so I've order it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a2JjnHoApY8/T87IC1S6RxI/AAAAAAAAAH4/4rxx-FV_fPI/s1600/0dc85fa81c977437637c322ed7bed2d8.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-a2JjnHoApY8/T87IC1S6RxI/AAAAAAAAAH4/4rxx-FV_fPI/s1600/0dc85fa81c977437637c322ed7bed2d8.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-whvgADNBAAY/T87JJ283hxI/AAAAAAAAAIQ/s9o0A-b8uU8/s1600/2012-06-01+14.31.19.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="162" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-whvgADNBAAY/T87JJ283hxI/AAAAAAAAAIQ/s9o0A-b8uU8/s200/2012-06-01+14.31.19.jpg" width="200" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
As you can see it's a nice looking bra, lace is dark grey and little ribbon is lime. I wasn't sure about the size and I made a mistake and ordered bra in 32hh, which was one cup size too big. But like I said before, I was looking for my size and I didn't know much about bras. I was 5 months pregnant when I tried this "beauty".<br />
Look at the underwire! Look at the side panel! It's on my back! This bra is a full cup and I looked like this:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-IT4oaLgK6CI/T87J0pwWlWI/AAAAAAAAAIY/PCP8FJB8bAI/s1600/2012-06-01+14.32.05-244141954.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="151" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-IT4oaLgK6CI/T87J0pwWlWI/AAAAAAAAAIY/PCP8FJB8bAI/s200/2012-06-01+14.32.05-244141954.jpg" width="200" /></a></div>
<br />
It's a disaster. No support, no lift, my boobs are so wide apart! I don't know who is the constructor at Fayreform but they should be in shame.<br />

Perfect example of bra for triangle woman - it's a tiny bit of band left at the back, most of the band is just a giant underwire. <br />

Ewa Michalak is another, after Biubiu, great Polish brand. I've been dreaming about trying her bras for months. I think it can be quite hard to find your size in EM. First thing: you have to be honest and measure your boobs according to EM calculator. As you can see on this photos above, I wasn't.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I didn't measured my boobs properly, sent wrong numbers and ended up with cups 2 sizes smaller then I should get.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
My underbust is 77 cm, in bust I've got 106cm. But, when I measure it in the way EM wants (in the bend forward position) the number is 116! My EM size is 34hh.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Second: I've got great advice from Clarisse (member of Lobby Biusciastych). Soft breast and PL style: when you put your bra on, it needs some room in the cups. Because breasts are soft, when you wear your bra, they will fill the bra up after a while. If your bra is too small, you will end up with quadro boob. This is photo of PL Purple in 34h:</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3mmZfhIGBMI/T87Mqq1qkQI/AAAAAAAAAIo/yE_D-t97glw/s1600/ClipboardPurple.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3mmZfhIGBMI/T87Mqq1qkQI/AAAAAAAAAIo/yE_D-t97glw/s320/ClipboardPurple.jpg" width="223" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This size is better, it looks like a good fit, but after a while my boobs are trying to escape in the middle. If not for Clarisse advice, I would gave up with PL style. But I found second hand PL Fuksja in 34hh and it fits great. I can spend all day in it and I don't have to readjust my breast at all. I will post a photo in Fuksja soon.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
PL style it's not a everyday bra for me, but I like to put it on from time to time, and it's a very handy with breastfeeding too:)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Padded bras aren't my favourite, I only have 2 at the moment, which is enough for me.</div>ola_na_plazyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07724531961511658003noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739503108130849002.post-24855989787552045662012-06-05T12:32:00.000+09:302012-07-15T16:01:51.266+09:30Biubiu "Etna".<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I am big fan of Biubiu. I like to support my native producers, I think prices are OK and Kinga is a very helpful person. After reading many reviews I wasn't sure which of her tops would suit my body shape. I am rather tall (172cm), my bra size is 32h. The underbust is the smallest on my torso. I've got 100cm in hips. Problem area: belly. I had 3 c-sections and I've got split in the abdomen muscle (this is what pregnancy can do). So, now I've got too much skin in this part and I am not very happy with this part of mu body.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Kinga recommended to try Etna and Fuego (it was few months ago, before spring collection).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This is size 40bb/bbb. It is tunic, so it supposed to look well with leggings or skinny jeans. I like to wear leggings/jeggings but this top is to smug, it's not hiding my belly at all, maybe it would work with some shapewear. It doesn't look nice when wearing with jeans, it's too long and it makes my torso look long and legs look too short.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
As you can see on the picture, underbust line is quite loose, I think 38bb/bbb would fit better, but then it would be too tight on my spare tire.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I am thinking about taking few centimetres off the bottom, then I could wear it with my favourite high waisted jeans.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Trying Biubiu it's very dangerous;) I can't wear anything what isn't fitted under the bust anymore. </div>
